ValueInvest Asset Management S.A. was founded in 1998 with the clear objective to fulfill investors’ demand for high, stable returns in combination with low downside risk.

The Company is based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and regulated by the Luxembourg supervisory authority CSSF.

The primary objective is to preserve and build capital when investing on behalf of our clients. Our interests are fully aligned with those of our clients as our income derives solely from giving investment advice and managing our clients' portfolios.

The results achieved for our clients are based on a logical and disciplined value-oriented investment process, specializing exclusively in the principles of value investing. Years of experience have shown that in-depth company analysis and consistency are rewarded in the long term.

The Company is organized as a partnership of which the majority is owned by a group of financial institutions together with employees of the Company.
